No. Many people who will answer your question will proberly say Rapid Share is illigal. Rapid Share is not illigal as it only hosts them but the people who upload them onto it say put a movie torrent on there that is at the cinema, they are doing something wrong you are just the viewer not the feeder (person who put the thing on there).
Not that I know of, just report the links to them.

EDIT for the guy below me: No it isnt, its a filehosting site, so you can backup your things, also makes it easy to transfer stuff from one pc to another (not just illegal stuff, photos ect)
