I really want to know so if i need to ill pay for it to download, so i really wanna know if paying for rapidshare and downloading on it, is illegal….
Downloading a file does NOT give you the liscense to use it. I think rapid fire knows that and is counting on people not knowing the difference. Paying for a program is NOT paying for the content. I think that companies who prey on customers who do not know or who are encouraged not to know the truth is unethical
How to be able to download the bigger files from Hotfile or Rapidshare or any other file sharing websites with any kind of download manager to be able to resume the files later ?
i have connectivity problems due to which im not able to download the bigger files and as my data break ups i used to download all over it again .

You can find some website that help user download file from hotfile and rapidshare to its website. Then you can download off the website. Now you can use download manager to resume download from other website that can not resume from hotfile or rapidshare.

Later I created a collector’s account.
Now I want to add the link of the file I uploaded to my newly created collectors account.
Is it possible ?

I heard of this premium points in rapidshare but don’t know it… Can anyone explain me these points?
First you must be a premium member, wich mean you must have pay for an account with rapidshare.
Second you must upload some files to your rapidshare folders.
Third everytime someone else download the files you uploaded you earned points, called premium-points.
So to get premium points upload files in your account that people need, and then share the URL with others. (For every file you upload ,Rapidshare give you an URL for this file) The more people use this URL , the more premium-points you get.
Everytime you log-in to your premium account, you can see how many POINTS you get in the second line from top as in the example here:
“Hello, “username”! Your account is valid until Mon, 9. Jun 2008. If you want to extend your account, just click on “Extend Account” below. You have collected 5 Premium-Points so far”

i dont think so. i think it is easier (and better) if you just search for the file in torrent sites because it has more options that download sites (rapidshare, megaupload etc)
