Why does rapidshare give me the error message: “You are already downloading a file, please wait until the file is done downloading.” When im not even downloading anything?

Perhaps someone else is downloading something on your network? It’s unlikely if this problem is persistent, but then it could be a huge file. Try refreshing your IP address.

It means someone on your network who has the same IP address as your machine is dowanloading a file from rapidshare.
